I was just in my car and I don't see the difference between the shape of the gauge cluster from the one currently being used. Maybe I'm missing something. All the other upgrades look fantastic and are exactly the touches that the E SHOULD have had from day one. Always thought it was unfair that the C and ML got the shiny silver buttons and we were stuck with the fugly black ones.

Thank god they moved the clock from the gauge cluster. Good call! That was a really dumb location for the clock.
I'm really encouraged by the photo of the new interior as the current interior never grew on me... In fact I've come to really dislike the current interior. Would be nice if they did some nice stitching with the leather/door panels like they do with the S class... Look forward to hopefully seeing some nice refinements in the interior to class things up when the facelift is officially released. Would love to see some high res photos...
Did anyone noticed the camo in the area where the gear shift used to be? Looks like they have something interesting stored there... I absolutely love the finger tracing interface of the new Audis where you can spell someone's name very easily without even looking at the screen. Would love to see something like that as typing an address or name is still very clunky and tracing the letters with a finger would be so much easier and more natural...

Thanks for your upload K-A ![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
I am very pleased to see more sophisticated interior , good thing I am not greedy nor am I green once I see that classier interior lol
I was also complaining about clock in gauge cluster but once I get in the car I am used to it
However, that analog clock between the air vents are much more nicer![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
Another good thing to add , fancy plush buttons . I would like to see a aluminum / chrome seats buttons as well
Steering wheel looks like ML but it's very nice and better designed than that of the W221s

I Noticed a new housing for the Nav, I wonder if there is a screen size upgrade, or if Mercedes is still shooting for the tiniest Nav screen award?

Porsche Macan S SportDesign / Ex M-B's: 11 & 10 & 06 E350's, 02 S500
Probably same size I'd think, considering the new SL and CLS have the littler screen, unless of course the E launches a larger size which they'll eventually get (M-B tends to give its lower cars more goodies first a lot, for some odd and messed up reason).

The thin metal-look bezel around the nav screen is a nice touch, which is better than the cheesy black plastic mesh currently being used. The new nav screen reminds me of the iPad-like ones in the new A-class and G-class (as well as BMW 3er and 6er).
