Parktronic Indicator

Never noticed that my P indicator in instrument panel goes on and off.
Nothing in manual that I can find. Is this usual??
The panel either shows a "P" or 2 cars colliding I think in yellow. Anyway
front to front.
Just curious

Parking indicator

For PARKTRONIC applications I think it only comes on at "parking" speeds and then turns off over 5-10mph. Not sure if that was what you were referring to.

Thank you for the clarification. I would have sworn the P always showed in the display. I'll be watching closer now.
Maybe I will have learned all the features by the end of the year

I believe it's 22 mph that's the cutOff for parktronic? Feel like I read that somewhere. Above that the image of the two cars shows that the collision avoidance system is working iirc.
