2. Was tod it had new tires, only 2 are new
3. Was told it has run flats, it does not, not a big deal but that is how the finance guy talked my into buying tire and wheel warranty, says cant patch run flats and they are $500 each
4. Car and leather interior was filthy
5. Salesman told me it has Bluetooth for streming audio, it does not

Anytime a dealer delivers a car to you out of state, they need to make sure every detail is accurate. If it is not, it is now a good time for them to learn the hard way. I'd make them pick the car back up and only return it when those agreed upon items have been handled, period!! Then after all is done they need to drop the price about 1500 for your troubles. If they don't like it, then tell them not to screw up next time.

CPO cars have to meet a minimum standard, it's obvious yours does not. Take it up with MBZ if the dealership doesn't make it all right. My CPO car looked brand new when I got it... Im also assuming you bought it from a MBZ dealer.

This is one reason why I've been so weary about buying a car sight unseen even from a Mercedes dealer. if I see a car I like hundreds of miles away I will drive or fly out there and inspect the car personally.
Seriously though what recourse does the OP have if a dealer delivers a car to you and it looks like it came from a trash dump with a filthy interior and has damaged wheels and is misrepresented?
PS: I live in DC and bought my car as a CPO vehicle from a NY dealer. The car was in absolutely pristine condition but I still went up to NY to pick up my car because I was afraid of issues... When you pay extra for a CPO car like the OP did, you deserve a pristine condition car. I don't think scuffed wheels are allowed per CPO criteria. My car has a slightly scratched sideview mirror and they replaced the entire thing before delivering the car to me.

+1 that is a big deal. Wat were they doing with the car while it racked up 800 miles? If the interior was filthy, I hope they did not use the car as a loaner as that would have added a LOT of wear and tear on your car.
I personally am just as careful with loaners as I am with my own car but I have a feeling that a lot of people don;t take care of loaners this way...
I really feel for you. The E550 is one of the best cars on the road and you will love it but it is areal shame the dealer screwed you on the experience and peace of mind that should come with a CPO vehicle.
When I bought my car they were preparing an S class for shipping to a customer quite far away and I noticed they were being VERY VERY careful and thorough with that car. They ensures the car that they shipped was absolutely perfect.

agree with everyone above. lexasgs400, i'd call the sales adviser who sold you the car first thing tomorrow. if he/she could care less or play games, tell him/her you'll bring this up to mbusa. if he/she still doesn't care, call mbusa. if mbusa guys don't care, find a lawyer.

Some of the issues suggest that the transportor might have used the car a bit prior to delivery. I.e. added mileage, scuffed wheels, dirty interior and exterior... Did you take pictures of these things upon arrival?

Maunfacturer CPO programs are subsidised by the manufacturer. Though it is up to the dealer to inspect and repair minor issues it is ultimately up to MBZ to cover warranty items. Dealerships can and will reject cars for the CPO program. Here's the question though, WHEN was it CPO'd? When your dealer received it or at a prior sale? This is an important question as the CPO process may have been done for the PREVIOUS owner, any damage etc that has occured in teh meantime is not MBZ problem under teh CPO program. However if the dealership you purchased from pawns it off as CPO and you pay the extra few 1k's for it you've been had.
EDIT: This happened to me at a BMW dealership they sold a 1998 528i as CPO. I paid the extra $3k for the CPO program etc and drove off. The car had a shake at 60mph so I took it into the service department. I was appalled when they tried to charge me for a wheel bearing. Further digging showed that I was NOT the original CPO owner. I pressed BMW about this and they folded. The service department went through the car as if it were it's first CPO. I received:
4 brand new wheels
2 new front wheels bearings
4 new felt door seals
2 new lower seat trims pieces
4 new door sills
I bet it cost them more than the 3k I was charged.

But how can you enforce this? You've already paid them money for the car? What if the dealer plays hardball and just says: "Thanks so much for the money and we hope you get the issues with YOUR car fixed" and washes their hands off?

Every time I read one of these stories, I am simply amazed and feel much older. Obviously I don't understand the Internet age,
In my career, I sold or caused to be sold, tens of thousands of new and used cars. It is not easy. Today, people spend tens of thousands of dollars on used merchandise they have never seen and are surprised when it doesn't work out. Even though they have been calling car dealers crooks for a lifetime!
Have you called the Owner or General Manager of the dealership? Most reputable dealers do desire the customer to be satisfied and will work out a solution.

Did you make a copy of the CarFax? All MBUSA CPO cars have an available CarFax when listed. It will show the history of the car, what dealers had it, how many owners etc. It will probably be off the web site now as the car was sold. You can subscribe to CarFax and pay for the report. It could provide clues as to it's lineage.
