17" wheels on 2012 E550 sedan?
Hi all. I've been reviewing this forum for a few months and realized there's some great information shared so I thought it's best to sign up......so this is my first post here.
I'm hoping you guys can clarify something for me as I've been getting mixed information from my dealer. I've got a 2012 E550 sedan and want to find out if I can fit a 17" winter wheel & tire set on my car? I know they upgraded the brakes on the 2012's so they are much larger than the 2011 so I want to know if a 17" wheel will fit over the brakes? My dealer says no, the minimum size is 18". Tire Rack says yes, I can go with a 17" wheel on the E550. I would rather go with a 17" set for winter if it will fit.
What do you say? Any other 2012 E550 owners with a 17" winter set?
