A Slight Touch To The Interior

Well, here is the story . I saw this steering wheel trim and ordered it . It arrived yesterday . The reason why I did order this trim was that I wanted bottom AMG logo on my steering wheel as opposed to AIRBAG monochrome script on it . So, I wanted something more shiny and chrome
Well, as soon as I got the package I was in shock lol I said wtf did they send a parcel this big for such a tiny badge lol

Because I presumed this box only came with a badge not a whole steering wheel trim lol
Meanwhile I opened the box and was disconcerted . I said holy moly now things are clear lol

I took some fresh shots with the new steering wheel trim on my current steering wheel trim lol
Good news : It looks dramatically nicer than dull AIRBAG script as the images suggest
Bad news : I will have to visit my MB shop and have them remove the airbag cover to bolt off the old one and install new one

It cost me $145 , not a bad for such kinda stuff

Here's a R231's steering wheel with this trim installed

I think you should go for it in your CLS because yours is also flat bottom
Hey hyper, let me give you part ID for it if you like :

I believe it should not be more pita than swap a steering wheel but not as easy as read an owners manual lol
