It happens I guess... it's pretty sad too. We never drive customer cars more than around the block or two UNLESS we get express permission for testing the car. What really REALLY irks me is the cavalier attitude of the employees about getting the customer to pay for the clutch WTF? It makes all repair shops look bad, not just dealerships
