GHOSTLINK inquiry and help needed :)
Hi everyone hope u guys r doing ok and having fun this weekend,
So apparently i was thinking of getting my car lowered for about 1 inch, so Ive seen a store that has it and willing to install it for only 500$ part+label. Anyway, I'm not yet sure about the links.
Id like to know if its safe and if anyone has info to share that would be helpful.
1 is it safe to drive with airmatic lowered 1 inch?
2 does it cause any damage by the time you use it?
3 is there any other safer way to get my vehicle lowered?
anyone tried it their experience is appreciated.
Thank you

No one has answered this post because it has been discussed many many many times. I will answer your questions because I am feeling soemwhat nice but if you Search and you will find more answers.
You can also search w211, c218, and c219 forums because they use the same Airmatic system.
1. Yes
2. None to your system, but your tires will not last as long.
3. "Safer"? Links are not "unsafe." but, yes there are other "methods" that can be used to lower the car. There is the getto way, the cheap way, the convenient way, and the cool kids way; Washers, Links, STAR, and ELM. I used an ELM (Electronic Lowering Module) because that's what us cool kids do!
