Facelift question
Question to the forum about the upcoming 2014 W212 facelift.
Do you see it as the perfecting of a great car?
Or is it keeping an aging design relevant for its 5th, 6th and 7th years of production?

Honestly, new front end design or back to composite lights are better in some angles but I would prefer quad lights because it has always been a distinctive feature of what the E Class cars have
However, in some angles W212 cars look angrier and funny too . Like what ? Well, Rodrigua's signature pic is what I refer to and I believe composipte / facelift cars would not have this effect and I think that's a feather to the upcoming model
Another thing, it's not easy to perfect a car that has already reached to the perfection

most of the cars, except the extremely fugly ones, will grow on the potential future buyers. i was not in love with the w212 at the very beginning simply because of the rear isn't as nice as the front. but nothing is perfect.

I lament the change to two headlights instead of four and the removal of the Ponton character line on the rear quarter panel. To me, the four headlight grouping was what made the "E" Class distinctive.
Rather than trying to be trendy and facelifting cars, why doesn't MB make the cars more reliable and less costly to maintain?
