New cable for iPhone 5?
I want to know if MB is making a new cable for the iPhone 5? I don't want to buy a new car because of one phone that I have changed.

. but seriously, an adapter will do the trick. i'm sure mercedes will come up with the cable some times in the future but your iphone 5 might be an antique by that time

Does this 'Apple Lightning to 30 Pin Adapter' charge the iPhone 5 also?
My guess is it does.
Can it also play video?
I believe it is only for music playback.

The adapter only works as charger, but won't play music through the media interface, my E550 shows unrecognized when I plug my iPhone 5 into it.
