Hello , can the 2010 e class with p2 be updated for Bluetooth streaming ? I'm looked online but could not find an answer. Thanks.

Yup, dealers can do this and they can also upgrade your gauge cluster to 3D colored one

Yup, as BenzV12 stated, the dealers can upgrade your COMAND to the latest SW and it will stream bluetooth wonderfully. Had the same done to mine.
BUT, I would like to know more about my cluster being upgraded to the Color, 3D version ...
