Thats my point, they didn't top off the fluid. When I called they said maybe its leaking. That was their excuse instead of manning up and admitting they didn't do the checkup.
I bought a gallon of fluid and filled it up. No leaks. Ray Catena is just a bunch of Liars and Excuse makers.
I wonder what else they haven't done that they are supposed to do.

if they did top off all the fluid, the light came on the very next day, you don't have to keep any eye for it. what were they thinking 
? only a few reasons could lead to this, they didn't top off the fluid, there is a leak or malfunction sensor. simple as that. go back and ask them what happened. see what kind of excuses they'll give you.

. anyway, i'm not complaining losing a quart but not in a month. i was there for service b a month ago and check engine light came on a month after. seriously?
! so from 3/4 full to less than 1/5 or less full in less than 1,500 miles 
? i hope some of you can tell me it's normal
