Title says it all, I can't get album art to display for anything. I've got my iPod connected to the media interface, haven't seen a single cover show up despite having complete albums and being old enough to be in Gracenote. I've got a CD burned with MP3's, I know some have cover art yet nothing displays. I put in a purchased CD, the CD info and artist appear, says Gracenote DB under CD... no cover art.

I went into engineering, I can't find a single thing regarding album art.

Bonus round:

How can I determine the installed software version? I had the dealer update to get BT streaming working, that's going well, just want to know the version that I have. I see lots of versions, but nothing directly saying installed SW version.

I see around here some talking about the HVAC controls showing up on the screen after a COMMAND update, I don't get that (2010 E550). In the engineering menu I found where it might be enabled, choices are off and advance. I set it to advance, don't get fan speed or temp settings still. Just curious on this one.

NTG 4 does not support cover art. This feature became available with NTG 4.5 Gen 1.

I've read a bit about NTG and 4.0 vs 4.5. Now what does NTG stand for? As I gather it's just the version of COMMAND, right?
