Rear bumper issue
(Apologies for typos/bad grammar up front)
Greetings fellow MB worshippers.
I have recently purchased a new E500 (E550 us/can) from Germany. (attached is data sheet)
I recived it here in Norway and within a few seconds, I spotted something off.
The car is a 2010 model with AMG styling.
At the very bottom of the bumper on the back side there seems to be missing a "cover list" if I look at other 2010 E classes with AMG styling they all have a little list at the very bottom. Also, there are two points to fix this list sticking down.
In fact several people say that there seems to be a part missing. (not just me)
I have attached two photos showing the rear end of the car.
The importer ordered a new part, but that was just the same part which is allready installed. I have talked to two MB dealerships, but none of them seems to be able to find/or know what it is suppose to look like or what part to order.
What the F¤"¤!
Also worth mentioning that the car has a hydraulic trailer hook (factory installed).
So my question to whoever can help me:
1. is it suppose to look like this? Doesnt seem to be MB quality/standard...
2. what part do I need?

Those clips or brackets hanging below the rear diffuser don't look right. That almost looks like someone mounted an aftermarket diffuser at one time and has replaced it again with stock. You should be able to take the car to a dealer and compare side by side to see whats different.

that don't look right...looks like someone worked on it...either repair or through modding.
in any case, have it checked out at the dealership...compare it with others on the lot.
