2010 E550
New owner and iPod question
Hello all. I just picked up a 2010 E550 and love it. I have an old disk based iPod that works fine with the iPod adapter in the glove box, but a newer iPod nano that is flash based does not work. Should any iPod work?

Any Ipod should work that has the connection insert. Thats pretty much all except the small one people use when at the gym. Shuffle I think? Just plug in and away you go. Also, it has bluetooth music as well. I use that often on my 212.

Thanks. It looks like the small nanos connect but don't stay connected. My old iPod works fine though so will just leave that in the glove box. I don't have the bluetooth audio option so can't enjoy that. I just picked up this 2010 S550 and it is an amazing car. So far I am not listening to a lot of music since I love the quiet comfortable ride so much! What a car!

Too many german broads
There should be a plug in the glovebox for iPod or aux. The dealer can update the command so you can have bluetooth streaming like the 2011+ did standard. Search through the forums, it has been discussed.
