Very nice! It does appear that the leather was not fit correctlyto the drivers and passengers headrest.

No, they're the luxury headrests that can be shaped to your head. I have them folded inwards on either side, hence the ripples.

The car is great, not a huge departure from my former MY12 but the small tweaks are definitely appreciated. The transmission is more refined, otherwise the ride/handling/performance is very similar to the pre-FL. I think the perforations are for the cooling function of the front seats...YYZ would probably know if I am correct

In this case, yes, but some models have perforation just for the look (ie: ARTICO seats).

I wonder if the perforated seats are more softer and comfortable vs the regular leather seats. I am debating whether to order the ventilated seats. Nappa leather is not available for US tho and I want to get the most comfortable seat configuration.

Piping is only with Nappa on the E-Class, yes.

YYZ: can a traditional grill be requested for Canada (off the books but at customer request)?

I notice you have the rear radar proximity sensors. Can your dealer install this on a pre-facelift W212 professionally using MB parts?
