engine question
i have 2012 e350
yesterday after work on red light felt the car vibrating
this morning turned the car on and felt strong vibration
reved the engine just a bit and the car began to vibrate and shake
any suggestion to what it can be?

Definitely take it to the dealership but it could be bad gas as well. You haven't filled up at a "slow" gas station recently have you, gas will settle in the tanks at the station if not used frequently which could cause more impurities in the gas you put in your car. A ethanol percentage not consistent with the requirements of the car could be an issues as well. Typically either of these would throw a code though, did any idiot lights pop up on your instrument cluster?

Agree 100%. If you start the car and it shakes badly before driving it then it is an engine issue (or very remote torque converter issue). Sounds like misfire but this should set the "Check Engine Light" ON. Did it?
Have it towed to your MB dealer shop.

no the check engine light is not on.
just one day it drives ok, and then feels wierd.
