Need help guys!
I'm deciding if i should get a 2010 black E350 50k miles p1 or a 2010 silver e350 35k miles p2. The silver p2 is $5k more. Both are CPO.
Worth it? I do intend to change out the grill to the aftermarket star grill. I would like Xenons and LEDs but could i not just add those to the p1 black one and ? or is that too difficult?
I've added HIDs to other makes/models no problem, just swap out the lights mount the ballasts and connect to the battery and swap out the bulbs in the fogs to LEDS??? I was thinking i may do that with the black one.
Your input would be appreciated as i havent had a mercedes before. thank you.

It's a pretty personal decision based on what you would do with the $5k otherwise and also black vs. silver.
The 40k is the major service so in a way the p2 is costing you more but of course less miles.
I have a p1, wish I has p2 for the keyless go and trunk closer but I wouldn't pay $5k for it.
Good luck with your decision!

I just found out the black P1 has had an accident. I didnt think CPO cars would have an accident on the carfax. Perhaps thats the reason. Anyway the so called advertised price i should have mentioned is 32k for the p1 and 36k for the p2.
As for being a perfectionist, i am a complete freak it has to be perfect. I loved the black one in person looked better but i know black is a pain...I already have a silver suv which looks awesome so maybe ill go with that.

I would go for the P2, negotiate the price down by getting competing offers from other dealers . search within a 200 mile radius via the Web, and I am sure you will find cars with less miles and the same features for lower pricing. Get the best offer you can find and use that as leverage - worked for me in the past.
