Wanting An Extra Keyfob

Consumer Reports recently did a piece on replacing keyfobs cheaply. After doing a web search I seem to be getting conflicting info.Anyone know of a cheap, reliable way of doing it for a 2011 W212 *without* keyless entry? TIA!

Sorry. Not going to happen. In order to increase security, the Germans have getting replacement (or additional) keybobs locked up tight.

The only place I believe is through a dealership, and it takes several weeks (ordered from Germany). Local dealer quoted $340 for a replacement fob without keyless-go
