My dealers at Foothill Ranch. Very nice people. Dont go to fletcher jones, they are just a bunch of money hungry people that want you out of there as fast as you can. Foothill is one of the better ones, but its a bit far away from most places

Kevin Scott at W.I. Simonson in Santa Monica gets good reviews on Yelp. I interacted w/ him once ~2 yrs ago, and he was very pleasant. Even told me about a new holidays lease deals for the C-class that would've saved my parents some $ (I was taking there car in for service), had my parents bothered to believe him....

Didn't interact w/ him when I took my own car in ~6 mo ago b/c he wasn't working that day.

Erik has been really helpful on a few items on both cars.

The new E63 is noisy at start up. Sounds like they will be replacing the timing chain tensioners, under warranty of course. Full report after the work gets done.

Always gets me a loaner, and very communicative.
