2012 good price
hi, im located in socal and ive been shopping for a cpo 2011 e350 with low miles. i recently went to a dealer and started negotiating a price for a 2012 e350 with 18k miles, no cpo, drivers assist package, premium 2, sport, wheel packge, keyless go, pretty much fully loaded with the interior i wanted, black but an exteriorcolor that is prob 3rd on my choices, steel grey. sticker is 45k, i got it down to 44,400 out the door, ttl included.
is this a good, great or decent deal? thanks for any advice.

That is what I have with the PANO roof two. I just retrofit Split-Folding Rear seats. Performance and MPG are better than the 2010 - 2011s
carfax says one owner, inservice date of 12/2011. theyre telling me it was the managers car, carfax also says side airbag drivers side replaced, but no accidents reported, salesman said it was just a error code for the airbag, should i be suspicious?

i bought mine from this website, they are usually about 3-4k less than anywhere else. I bought a 2010e350 cpo with 21k with P1 for 32500 3 months ago. They dont negotiate price, just put the lowest out there. I would check the site to see if they have what you are looking for. Plus they are located in LA.
Then it seems there should not be an issue with getting it CPO'ed, unless they are not an MB Dealer?
What was the error code?
You may want to ask them to CPO it and then go for the extended warranty for up to 135k miles. Tell'em, $41k for the whole deal. Be greedy as it can work. Plus the car is not the color you want.
Just make sure it doesn't make a clicking noise and then a thumping noise at around 8 MPH every time you restart the car...its a "normal characteristic of the car and operating as designed" but will drive you nuts every time you restart the car.
