Please review E350 docs

Hi All,
I'm considering this car. Can someone please review the attached documents and let me know if something stands out that I should avoid?

Thanks!

Nothing evil jumps out. It is well equipped (P2, pano, sport, multicontour etc) and has low miles. The services seem unremarkable and were done at roughly the right time.

Michigan and NY/NJ are hard on cars so watch out for squeaks and rattles.

Thank you. The car has 2 owners - 2nd one for 7 months - and I'm wondering if it does anything to the value of the car.

I know this is silly, but I'm having second thoughts about the pano roof. I know it has a retractable screen(more like a sheet), but it's not a solid shield like the standard sun roofs. Is there an issue with outside noise or excessive light in the car?

The pano roof is personal preference. It gives the back seat passengers a more airy feeling.

Many people always open the sun shield on their moon roof to let in more light and only close it during very hot days.

Having two previous owners does affect the value slightly but it depends on the two owners. I've looked at cars where CARFAX reported two owners when in faxt it was really one owner who moved or bought his lease (or paid of his loan) so you might want to ask why the second owner only had it for a bit over a half year.

Re: Pano roof
My 2010 E350 has the Pano roof and although I've had zero issues, others have had rattling issues (search for threads). I am also getting the Pano roof on my 2014 next month. I like the look AND the functionality of opening up the interior to more light and getter ventilation. When I have rear seat passengers, they do appreciate the visibility and light.

The saleswoman said the 2nd owner had purchased the car because they were waiting for a car they ordered. Not sure about that considering it was 7 months... also, who knows if it was just sales speak.

One thing that bothers me about this deal is I inquired about the car last week and was close to purchasing. I'm an out of town purchase and was trying to do it over the phone. We were going back and forth by email and later she said the car was just sold. This week I see the car back on their site, spoke to another salesman who said the other purchase fell through because they did not get approved for financing. OK, I ask for more documentation and she(the original salesperson) contacts me about 4 hours later - it actually took over 4 hours to send the documents I attached and during the conversation, she said something like 'oh yea, the sale fell through because the guy's wife decided this was her year to get a new car.' Weird.

What about the Body Shop repair on 5-11-2012 listed on the Master Inquiry? How much damage and what was damaged?

There were actually 2 body shop repairs. On 5/12, the salesperson said it was a 'minor right side of front bumper scuff under $200' and on 12/8/11, 'rear bumper replaced. he backed into something over $1,500 repair. the rear bumper was over $900.'

We've negotiated and their final price of $37,500. Is this too high?

If you have done your homework and seen that this price is fair based on the overall market for a comparably equipped car with near same mileage, then it is probably a fair price. If you haven't checked, try www.KBB.com for a market comparison. There is also a wealth of information there.

I'm asking about price because I don't know what a fair price is. I've checked KBB, Edmund and NADA but those are just guidelines. Who better to ask than the real people who have purchased the cars and have experience with it.

Given that the car has virtually all options and fairly low miles, that price seems quite fair - but much will depend on the visual condition. There should be absolutely no evidence of any repairs.
