Please review E350 docs
I'm considering this car. Can someone please review the attached documents and let me know if something stands out that I should avoid?
Thanks!

Michigan and NY/NJ are hard on cars so watch out for squeaks and rattles.
I know this is silly, but I'm having second thoughts about the pano roof. I know it has a retractable screen(more like a sheet), but it's not a solid shield like the standard sun roofs. Is there an issue with outside noise or excessive light in the car?

Many people always open the sun shield on their moon roof to let in more light and only close it during very hot days.
Having two previous owners does affect the value slightly but it depends on the two owners. I've looked at cars where CARFAX reported two owners when in faxt it was really one owner who moved or bought his lease (or paid of his loan) so you might want to ask why the second owner only had it for a bit over a half year.

My 2010 E350 has the Pano roof and although I've had zero issues, others have had rattling issues (search for threads). I am also getting the Pano roof on my 2014 next month. I like the look AND the functionality of opening up the interior to more light and getter ventilation. When I have rear seat passengers, they do appreciate the visibility and light.
One thing that bothers me about this deal is I inquired about the car last week and was close to purchasing. I'm an out of town purchase and was trying to do it over the phone. We were going back and forth by email and later she said the car was just sold. This week I see the car back on their site, spoke to another salesman who said the other purchase fell through because they did not get approved for financing. OK, I ask for more documentation and she(the original salesperson) contacts me about 4 hours later - it actually took over 4 hours to send the documents I attached and during the conversation, she said something like 'oh yea, the sale fell through because the guy's wife decided this was her year to get a new car.' Weird.

We've negotiated and their final price of $37,500. Is this too high?
