Has anyone been on the Star Tek website trying to get a copy of their datacard? I've been trying for days and I keep getting an error message to try again later. This is getting frustrating.

 

Just tried and worked fine for me.

 

The next time you visit your dealer mind asking a copy of your data card from your service adviser.
Good thing by having a copy of your vehicles data card is,you will be able to know which/what special equipment is installed on your vehicle.

 

Not sure why you're having problems but a couple days ago I was able to log on to EPC and pull a data card for a friend who was looking at a used 2012 C300.

 

I dont know why I was having problems either, but I finally just got someone to pull my datacard for me.
