What is a reasonable offer?

i havent really shopped for non cpo e350s but im thinking anything under 32500 out the door is fair, a good deal would be under 31k otd

Offered $31K but no go. went to another dealer which had theirs listed for $32.5 and offered $30K no go (44K Miles, non 4 matic).

Will wait and see what happens over the next few weeks.

Do the dealers know you are from Canada? That will influence their pricing as they know that cars are more expensive in Canada.

Next time go with a buddy who has a US license and you'll find them more ready to deal
