I just purchased a used 2010 E550 w/ 25k miles. It has about 1 month on the 4yr warranty left, which I will use to resolve this issue, however I wanted to post this question. The passenger seat lumbar is not working at all. The bottom of the seat appears fully inflated and by pushing the circle back which should deflate the seat, is not working. Nor does the other direction of the circle lumbar device. I barely can hear the noise it makes when using this function.

Any help? I've tried the battery already.
