I have a quick question. Is the air suspension covered in the regular warranty or you have to buy the extended warranty to have that covered. The sales rep is trying to get me to buy the extended for $2700. Is that worth paying for. I worry if the air suspension will go one day and will cost $2000 just for one. Your input is much appreciated.

Basic warranty will cover air suspension for 4/50,000. For anything more you need to buy an extended warranty.

Maybe in Canada they don't cover for replacement of the air suspension. So that's why the salesmen is trying to sell me extended maybe

But again I am thinking I might not need it since the car only has 30,000 miles and I don't think I will be pass 100,000 miles with the use of the extended 3yrs. What do you guys think?

In the US, MB sells extended warranties for various mileage limits. I purchased a 7Yr/100K mileage contract, but they also sell 7Yr/75K through 7Yr/125K.

samking -- i got the same warranty as you -- does the warranty info go into a national database -- i.e. I can pull into any benz dealership after my OEM warranty is up and they'll have my extended warranty info?
