How quickly erase Command memory?

I didn't get a clear answer in first search perhaps not right query. I am turning a car to dealer and would like to clean phone book, and destinations from memory and previous destinations. It is nice also erase music. I do not want to do it line by line, is there any command reset to factory settings?

Here are the steps I used when turning in my 2010 E350:
1. Remove all CD’s from changer
• Press the Eject button.
• The magazine menu appears.
• Select Eject All.
• The DVD changer ejects the first disc found. The message Ejecting disc <x>... is displayed.
• Remove the disc from the slot when you see the message prompting you to do this.
• The DVD changer switches to the next occupied magazine compartment and ejects the disc.
Repeat the last step until the magazine is empty.

2. Deleting all Music Files
• This function deletes all music files from Music Register.
• Select Music Register - Delete All Music Files.
• A prompt appears. No is highlighted.
• Do not delete: Press the n button. The Music Register display appears.
• To delete: Select Yes.
• A corresponding message appears.

3. Garage Door Settings
• Turn the SmartKey to position 2 in the ignition lock.
• Press buttons 2 and 4.
• The indicator lamp lights up yellow.
• Press and hold buttons 2 and 4 until the indicator lamp turns green.

4. De-authorize Bluetooth Phones
• In the phone submenu select Phone  Bluetooth Phones.
• Select the authorized mobile phone.
• Select Options  De-Authorize.
• You will be asked whether the device should really be de-authorized.
• Select Yes or No.
• If you select Yes, the authorization of the device is withdrawn.

5. Restoring the factory settings (via steering wheel)
• Press the = or ; button on the steering wheel to select the Sett. menu.
• Press the : or 9 button to select the Factory Setting submenu.
• Press a to confirm.
• The Reset All Settings? message appears.
• Press the : or 9 button to select No or Yes.
• Press a to confirm the selection.
• If you have selected Yes, the multifunction display shows a confirmation message.
• For safety reasons, the Daytime Running Lights function in the Lights submenu is only reset if the vehicle is stationary.

Highly recommend this be made a sticky as many others will/should have the same questions prior to selling their vehicles.
Thanks samking!
