B5 maintenance?

B5 maintenance?
My 2010 will be four years old next month and 3 year service was done in Dec. 2013. Only has about 15,000 miles on it.
Display shows that B5 service due in 20 days or so.
What is B5? I know A is one year and B is every other year and 4 year calls for transmission flush, etc.
BTW, is the transmission flush, etc. really necessary with only 15,000 miles on the car?

Me personally, would recommend it. Not so much for the mileage but for the age. Condensation builds up inside tranny and can cause damage when it displaces tranny fluid. The same principle with power steering and brake fluids. To me it's a pro-active approach rather than reactive.
