Extended Warranty Documentation
Dealer printed off compurter screen when I purchased extended warranty which is actually an application for extended warranty. Says everything is in computer and MBUSA customer service said same thing.
Has anyone else purchased the dealer/MBUSA extended warranty and received paper documentation?

nope, never got any paperwork... was told the same thing, and also from MBUSA as I was equally concerned

I got printed documentation in 2010, but when I purchased again in 2011 I got no docs and the dealer says it's in the computer. I did have to use the tire/wheel protection that I bought and that was in the computer also.
Maybe they have changed the way they do it since 2010?

Just called dealership this evening -- it's in the computer, no documentation necessary they said
