4 MATIC vs RWD in Cresting Uphill Comparison

I don't know may be it would not make any difference but I need to know from you guys if you are interested in this topic .
My W212 MB didn't make the slight hill because my rear tires were stuck ,I had to put in reverse and put the car into the garage lol
I struggled a bit back and forth but finally the slack loose stone ground got better of the car . May be I should have turned off ESP but it dawned on me after I put the car into the garage and didn't bother again lol
It doesn't matter because that area will be covered in tarmac within a few days but before construction (pebbles , stone ) I could easily get the car going up the hill
I am not disappointed but gobsmacked lol
On the other hand, that little chap the blue utv 4x2 made it the hill without any hassle, struggle .It's not 4X4 but still got a good traction and "crested" with flying colors .Not to mention it was fun to drive it
Well, my question do you think any W212 4 MATIC could make it the hill despite loose stones ground or not ?
