window lock switch question

I don't have my car with me but am getting the car windows tinted in a few days and was wondering:

Is there a way to lock the windows so only the driver side window switches work? I know I can do this with my Lexus

You cannot lock out the front seat passenger switch. Perhaps you can pull a fuse.

It's just 48 hours.
Most tint installers will put warning tape over window switches to remind the users.

1. The window lock switch will only lockout the rear passengers, NOT the passenger front.

2. The weather is sooooo cold right now the tint will take longer than 48 hours to dry, they're saying 3-4 weeks to fully cure.

These are my dilemmas. Maybe I should just tint during the Summer but I'd really like it done now.

I thought you live in SoCal? It can't be that cold compared to rest of the states

Just tie the hands of your passengers from opening the windows.

I waited 5 days here in NE Summer and did not remove the warning tape on the controls. 3-4 weeks is a long time not to use a window. If this is truly the case, I would wait till spring. Not worth ruining a window and having to go through the same process again. just my 2cents.
