Should I have received a demo CD and an operators manual CD when my 2014 e350 was delivered?

YEP! Picked mine up yesterday. The KH Logic 7 demo CD is in the trunk. Manual CD is in the leather packet of manuals.

You can ask for a general walkthrough as well but from what I've known the dealers seem to know less than I thought...for example when I got my first 2014:


Me:So they still have the quick flick turn signals?
Salesperson: The what?
(shows him)
Salesperson:Oh, wow I didn't know it can do that.
Me:.......okay well how about the right side mirror pulldowns on reverses?
Salesperson: Right side mirror pulldowns?
Me:.......Nevermind, just give me my car....
