Front Grill
I just purchased a 2010 E350 Sedan. The previous owner added the sports package, or just added a couple things from the AMG package. The car has AMG rims and the sport steering wheel.
My question is can the front grill with the big Mercedes logo be added to replace the current grill? I am assuming not, but thought I'd ask.

Great to know. I wasn't sure if the size was exactly the same. So can I pick up any Mercedes grill with the big logo (is there a name for that grill?) and replace the current one? I found this link to help me do it.

Go to 55Tech and see their grilles. They have both normal and Distronic stars. The Distronic star looks better than the normal one in my opinion.

these big star grill (fit 2009-2012/3 W212) are all aftermarket products... never part of any sport/AMG package, just so you know.
there are several versions out there. you probably want to buy the newer version with thinner frame, as the photo/link you have up there. the older version has fatter frame as the original. thinner frame (similar to E coupe) does look much better in my opinion.
