Was it pulling to the left when you bought it? Did something happen in the last two weeks to the car that would make such drastic change? The car is still under warranty although alignment is generally not covered. Is it a CPO vehicle? I would assume that it is part of the CPO process to check the alignment.
I'd take it back to the dealer you bought it from and see what they say. Otherwise you might be out of the cost of a wheel alignment which can get pricey.

Certified Pre-Owned. It is a used Mercedes from a authorized dealer that went through an inspection and comes with an additional 2 year and up to 100k mile warranty. If you don't know what it means yours probably isn't one as it would have been advertised in bold letters as it's a major selling point.
