e350 sport ride too hard!

My e350 is too hard to ride and although pains me to say it is quite uncomfortable as a 'family' car.

I have not yet played with the tyre pressure, in normal conditions what is the recommended tyre pressure for rear and front tyres for a comfortable ride?

To hard?! Maybe you should try something like a 1980's Lincoln Town Car. Haha. As for the tire pressure, I've always went with what MB recommended and had good luck. Good luck yourself.

I ordered a Luxury version because the Sport ride was not near as comfortable. Part of it is the different type tires on the Luxury and Sport models. Luxury tires have larger sidewalls and therefore ride more comfortably.
I carry 2 lbs. above recommended in all my vehicles and always have. However, my E350 has two recommended pressures. You will need to read the Operator's Manual and look at the data on driver's "B" pillar and on the fuel lid to determine which you want to use. Rule of thumb, lower the TP, more comfortable the ride. However, too low and safety becomes an issue and you lose fuel efficiency. Also, too low or too high and they wear out sooner.

I do not know about the newer models but my 2011 sport rides like a dream. I had a large crossoever and it rode well but the mercedes puts it to shame. I could see if you only rode in large luxury cars where you might find the E sport a bit firmer, but no where near harsh.

I will have to play with air. If anyone finds their eclass too rocky please confirm, should I be checking shock absorbers etc.?
