Best Service Dept, South San Francisco Bay?
New owner of a 2012 CPO E350BTC, here. I had a great experience at MB of SF where I purchased the car but it's a bit of a drive from the San Jose area.
Any opinions on who nearby will take care of me and who to avoid?

I've had good luck with Smythe for both cars. Just got a new Service Advisor because the previous one retired. My new guy is John Gonzalez. Only taken the car into him once but all was good.

2011 E350 Sedan
Just purchased a 2011 E350 in October from Beshoff and their Service department has been excellent for me. You're in and out of there if you schedule an early appointment, and their waiting area is quite nice.
