Help! Clicking and flashing

My (hubby's) brand new e350 is sitting in the garage flashing and the relay is clicking. What should I do??

Call the MB road service to come and see it doing it.

If you use the key fob it could stop doing it but if you let it keep doing it then the road help guys see it and they can be your witness with the dealer that the car was doing it so they can go at fixing it. At least this way it gets recorded in the MB system.

They won't come out; said there was nothing they could do. Guess we will call in the morning if the battery is dead.

Call MBUSA customer line or MBRACE. They should be able to get a specialist on the line to (at least) tell you what the manual might say it is AND be able to document in your customer record that roadside service refused to assist.
