NEW MODERATOR!!
Just wanted to introduce myself I am a 23 year old Student from NOVA AKA Northern Virginia. I noticed that the W212 forum didn't have its own Mod and as it is a popular place I took the liberty of taking on some extra responsibility. I am no w212 expert but hope to learn more about them. I have a 2001 C320 with just over 210,000 miles now and am very well versed with the w203 series and Mercedes in general. My family has had many over the years such as a 2002 c32 AMG, 2005 e320 cdi, 2006 SLK55 AMG and recently the family purchased a 2012 C350 4Matic coupe and a 2013 ML350 4Matic. I am also a Star/DAS/Xenty owner but have not tried my system on a car newer than 2004 so I would have to check my version out to see if it would help any of you out but if you want to be a Guinea pig and live in NOVA let me know.
As MOD my job is to mostly delete spam and keep order which with this group seems easy compared to the amg forums so this should be a fun experience. If you ever need to report something I assume you all know how to do that and it will go directly to me and as long as school is not killing me I will deal with it usually within a few hours.

You seem to have the tools. Do you know if with the programmer you can disable the stupid adaptive gear box behavior of the w212? My car turns to granny mode in just two days as I drive almost all highway.
Another question is if the video in motion can be enabled buy it?
Not looking to watch movies while driving but would be nice to be able to enter address in the navigation while driving.

Honestly I don't know anything about what can and can't be done on the w212's
I don't think you can turn off the adaptive transmission because i feel like everyone would be doing that on here and we would have heard of it.
