2010 E350 vs. 2007 CLS550
which do you think is a better buy? the CLS is a few thousand cheaper but the E350 is a 4matic. considering insurance, gas, maintenance, and reliability, which do you think is better for me? good performance isnt a must have as its usually sacrificed for bad gas mileage (CLS). i love a car with a smooth ride (E). the CLS has a timeless design and i like how sleek it looks. the E350 looks so classy and elegant, yet aggressive. which do you think is the better choice?

You cannot really compare, they are in different classes. IMHO go with E350. It is as classic as a modern Benz can get! I am quite wary about 2007 models when you think of all transmission valve body issues and balance shaft issues (not sure whether it impacts the V8 though). E350s are way more reliable when compared with the CLS. Insurance and maintenance are significantly higher for the CLS. However, you cannot beat that CLS look in a stoplight :-).

thanks for all the feedback! yeah ive decided to go with the e350 for numerous reasons. a few reasons is its much newer, better mpg, and a more updated interior. i also realized im gonna need 5 seats! lol. for the e350 im thinking either grey or silver with a black interior!
