Inner headlights, conversion to HID high beams?
As far as I know, inner projectors do not have any sensible purpose if car does not have night view w/IR-lamp option. They seem to be some kind of DRL:s. Light is on during daytime with actual DRL led stripes but its not bright and does not illuminate road at all.
My car has adaptive bi-xenons, wondering if I could oomph high beams somehow- by recycling "useless" inner projectors reserved for NV?
Projector beam pattern should be correct as they are originally IR high beams, right?
Any ideas with this- all comments appreciated.

Hmm. High-beam projector lamps are cheap- what if original would be removed from housing with saw/file method and replaced completely?
Where to get 12V signal for activation?
German model and options, 2010 W212 Touring. I recall P1/P2 are US option packages?

There was a thread.on here.. just search for it , there is some info , but there is like a lil board with an Led built in and I think a lil power source plug (but I couldn't figure out how to take it off)
