Why not use insurance? My guess is you'll need a new hood, grill, bumper, light(s), and maybe front quarter panel(s), Probably $5k at least.

I had to have my front bumper repainted due to a tiny ding from a GL's hitch in the dealer's lot, it was $1k just to get it smoothed out and painted.

Don't know if MB hoods cost in the same ball park as BMW. but I had to have my BMW hood replaced (several holes rusted through), it was $3500 for a new hood, paint, and re-painting the front bumper so it blends in. Luckily BMWNA paid for it under their rust warranty. Took about 3 weeks for them to get a new hood and misc parts (gaskets, seals etc) in from Germany and to get it painted. I was in a loaner all that time.

I found most of the parts i need online for a fraction of the cost the dealers quoted me! Most of the major parts have been ordered, but i will need some interior things. The hood and bumper is my next major project.
