2011 E 550 BRAKE PADS
For procedures, you can go to www.alldatadiy.com and http://www.startekinfo.com/StarTek/ - AlldataDIY costs about $13 for a 12 month subscription for one car. You can buy one-day access to StarTek Info for about $20. That said, if you've ever changed pads before, you probably don't need much additional information.

I have WIS, but it wasn't necessary. Picked up OEM pads from dealer as they were competitive with online pricing. You don't need to touch the caliper. I unplugged/removed the sensor after seeing it was not necessary to remove the mounting bracket. Punch out the two pins holding the compression spring, then back the pads out. Mine had meat left, so it was snug.
Reverse it and you're finished. Good time to scrub the inside of the AMG wheels, squirt a little WD40 on the lug bolts. Wash all the crud off your hands/arms, then bed those new pads in.
