I installed this one on a 2013 GL (which has the same NTG4 head unit as the W212 E) and installed it with no problems and works exactly as advertised. I plan to get the same thing when I get a 2015 E.

An advantage to the Belarus version is that there's no box- only wiring so you don't have to worry as much about fitting everything back into the back of the console where space is limited. (It's also cheaper). Just something to keep in mind when shopping.

Bought one off ebay that was plug and play, had no trouble fitting the box behind the radio and it works FANTASTIC! I use it ALL the time.
