E63 Bi-Turbo Question
So my cousin just purchased a w212 e63 and it happened to be a biturbo instead of the regular 6.3. I thought only the newer E63 were biturbo..

I'm wondering when did Mercedes start making the older w212 E63 with biturbo engines?

Mine: 2014 E550 4matic; Hers: 2016 CLS 400 4matic
I believe that 2012 E63s and up have the twin turbo engine.

Yes that is correct.

2010-2011 are the 6.2L V8 M156 engine. 2012+ is 5.5L TT V8 M157 engine.

Is it the same motor as the E63S?

2012+ E63 all have the same motor regardless if it's an S or non S. The S simply has different software.
