2014 E550 4MATIC Lowering Options?

Checking back in after 6 months. Are there any lowering options for a 2014 E550 4MATIC (WITHOUT airmatic) yet? 6 months back there were no coilover or spring options yet. And searching now still is not yielding me any results. Anyone done this?

Isn't the suspension exactly the same as the E350? I honestly don't know if it is or isn't, but I don't know why you would think that your E550 is anything more than an E350 with a different engine?

If it didn't come with airmatic suspension then it's the same oem/lowering springs as the E350 4matic and E350 RWD. Same springs on the '13 & '14. The reason you haven't found one for specifically for 4matic is because theres isn't any out there thats labeled for 4matic. If you do a search on lowering springs, you'll noticed that most W212 rwd/4matic are lowered on either H&Rs/Vogtland and 1 or 2 on Eibach Springs. Coilovers have been available for a while I'm surprised you didn't find one. Anyway hope this helps.

Honestly, I would expect it to be exactly the same as an E350.

But I spoke with multiple vendors, some who advertise on this board and some I found online. Also spoke with Tire Rack. They all told me the E350 RWD and 4MATIC ones would not fit the 2014 E550 4MATIC (I believe one of the front or rear was fine, but the other was not). None of them list the 2014 E550 4MATIC as a valid fitment and I thought it was just too new to list but on calls they all said it does not fit. Checked H&R springs, Eibach springs, and KW coilovers. Maybe 1 or 2 clueless sales people I understand. But it was all of them telling me the same thing. One of them said the E350 4MATIC Wagon version might fit. Go figure.

I wouldn't expect the front springs from a E350 to be the same as those of a E550, regardless of 4M or not. While they would fit physically the V8 weighs more than the V6, thus requiring different spring rates.

There rears may be closer though.
