Yes, I'd buy it now before someone else does!

No, I'd risk it and wait until next month to see if the price drops.

HELP! Is this a good deal for a 2013 E-Class?
Hey, everyone! Long time reader, first time poster.
I'm currently contemplating on buying a CPO 2013 E-350 Sport, 4matic. It comes with panoramic sunroof, parking assist, lane departure warning and the Premium 2 package. It also has about 24,000 miles. I talked them down to $39,500. What do you guys think? Is this a good deal, should I wait, or walk away?
Just looking for a little advice. Thank in advance, everyone!

It's a good deal for CPO...
wholesale is about 33 - 34 give or take
retail non cpo with those miles you are talking about 37 or so...
your price is 39.5K I would theoretically subtract a little less than a grand (estimating 3 year ELW at 3grand) for the extra year of warranty you get to a CPO brings you to about 38.5 versus 37k or so for the non CPOs
Wholesale, when I compare prices from the begg to the end of the month, I see softer prices, nothing more than hundreds of dollars though not enough to wait IMO for the trickle down
