Trunk alignment

My new E550 trunk to fender alignment is shifted a bit to the left side. Is there a adjustment that can be made to move it about 1/16 of a inch or so to the right.

trunk or front hood? front hood needs to be slammed down to realign. It is on a knuckle hinge that sometimes goes out of alignment when closed gingerly.

Trunk(boot) to fender gap is unequal i.e. wider on the right side. The good news is that the gap is the same width from front to back.
