Removing Rear of Center Console Instructions?

I'm new to the site & there is a lot of great info here but I'm hoping someone could point me to some instructions on removing the rear section of the center console on a '12 E350. The part where the vents are that blow into the back of the car. I bought a E350 recently & want to replace this piece as one of the blades on the vents is missing.

If you're still under 50K miles, it should be covered by warranty. One of my broken vent was replaced under warranty.

E350
Thanks for the link & for the warranty advice. I plan to call the dealer today to see what they can do as I'm at 47.5k miles now & if not, I'll most likely take this on myself.
