2015 E-350 wagon first drive

Hi all, great site with great info. So I start my search for a E-350 wagon and find a black sport 2015. OMG this thing is unreal, and I want one. So after 2 hours they offer me 4300 off 68k list (P1,lights, wood wheel, lane assist thats it) and then I ask about Euro Del as I would love to drive this car at speed legally and love german Beer. They come back with 4350 off. No trade.
what do you all think?
thanks B

$4760 off would be invoice price. Unless you live in a metro area with multiple dealers, invoice is a good price for a brand new model year; especially for a rare model, the wagon.

Depends on where you are located. In CA where there are lots of MB dealers, discounts on wagons are about the same as on sedans. So anywhere from $8k to $12k off is pretty typical. I got about $10k off of mine a little over a year ago, and know of a few other folks locally that got about $10k off as well. There's always a few wagons sitting on the local dealer's lot. Often I see even E63 S AMG wagons on the lot.

I think you can do better than $4k

thanks for the replies, I didn't think I would get $4300 off but was happy.
If want euro del. can I still work them lower than the 7% they gave me?

According to MBUSA, the discount for euro delivery is 7%. Of course you also get the other goodies that come along with it (hotel, etc).

It's my understanding that the dealership you use to arrange euro delivery gets a fixed fee, paid by MB, for making the arrangements. Since the dealer doesn't actually buy the car, he has no room to negotiate additional discount.

Don

Agreed... It's also how much do you care about an extra $4000-6000...

Also, you can shop out of state ... I live in Illinois and bought from Delaware ... Saved a lot of cash
