Seller claims works on MAC, does anyone know if that's true?

I can’t seem to tell if this is a local version or access to a site. Also it says “subscription length 10” in the posting.

I think most folks would prefer a downloaded version with no subscription. I am hoping to find the complete CD so I can use on an old laptop without internet access.

It's the full version that you download onto your computer. There's no subscription once you have it on your local machine, but I believe it's set to expire at some point so if you try to use it 30 years from now, it probably won't work. The files are several gbs, so you can just use a large thumb drive to load it onto your old laptop. Total size is a tad under 33 gigs, but once you put it together it's around 70 gigs. Not sure about the mac part, lost the instructions, it basically installs a virtual machine on your computer so I suppose in theory it could work on a mac.
