2010 E350 rear fog lights?

2010 E350 rear fog lights?
I recently purchased a 2010 E350 Luxury and Sport package. I thoroughly enjoy driving the car and All the neat features! I have rear fog lights but when I turn them on the Driver's tail light 1 bulb goes on but not on the Passenger side. Is this normal? Or is the bulb out on the passenger side? The car is CPO with a 1 year all covered Warranty and I have purchased the extended warranty for 2 additional years. The switch has to be pulled out for them to work and a light comes on in the instrument cluster. Help me on knowing what is correct before I take it back to the Dealer!
